“Speeding across a frozen lake under the moonlight. A truly unique activity if you’re not used to life in the snow. Our guide Lida was super nice. While we were sitting around the campfire in the lavvu/ teepee, she told us about the traditional Sami Lapland culture. Even though it was a bit cloudy, we still got a glimpse of the northern lights. A bit of a warning. If you haven’t driven a snowmobile before, it’s a bit more physically demanding than we expected.”
